Saigon Subs is one of the few places left around Morristown with a real sense of value for your dollar, attentive service, and quality food. The S9 Banh Mi is a favorite and the desserts and bubble tea always balance things out perfectly. The food is colorful, fresh, and flavorful time after time. This is such a gem unlike any other in town. Alex, his parents, and the entire staff continuously offer the highest levels of hospitality with some truly remarkable food. If you are in town and need a quick bite, you MUST go to Saigon!

Very nice. I got an s1 saigon special and took it to a friends house where we cosplayed as hoshimachi suisei from hololive, and was honestly blown away. I’d never had a banh mi before so I didn’t know what to expect, but I love how the peanut, herbs, and pork belly come together. If I were in the area (I came from the city), I’d definitely come again. I recommended it to my friend but sadly he doesn’t eat pork (he is Muslim).

Quick service and very flavorful food! I really love trying new things and this sandwich was so much different than anything I’ve ever had. All the flavors came together perfectly to deliver a well balanced, sweet but savory sandwich. My one little gripe is the toasting of the bread. The bread was so over-toasted that it was cutting up my mouth and took away from the enjoyment of the sandwich. It wasn’t burnt just so crispy and rough that I would definitely ask for the bread not to be toasted if I return.

We stopped on a road trip on the way down from Massachusetts and these banh mi hit the spot. We placed a pickup order and it was ready super quickly and there was very friendly service at the counter. We’ve got some pretty great banh mi places at home and these gave them a run for their money, top notch. The pork belly was our absolute favorite. Would definitely return!

Great local spot for bahn mi. The bread isn’t too hard like other places and everything is fresh. I had the s1 (Saigon special) and the s9 (thit Bo satay) both were excellent. The special is a classic and better in my opinion. It’s great on a hot day. The s9 came out hot and was very juicy. Will definitely be back to try more Of their menu.
